Accessibility

If you need any accommodations, please contact us at rustweek@rustnl.org. We’re happy to try to work something out for you! RustWeek strives to be as accessible as possible to all its participants, whether these disabilities are visible or invisible.

Some notes on the accessibility of our conference:

• Most of the spaces in the venue are wheelchair accessible. There is an elevator and some accessible toilets at the venue. If you’d like to know more about the wheelchair accessibility of our venue, don’t hesitate to contact us at rustweek@rustnl.org.

• There will be live captioning for the talks.

• All bathrooms at the venue are non-gendered.

• All attendees will be asked to provide their preferred pronouns for their badge. We do not require that the name you provide is your legal name.

• Vegan and vegetarian options will be provided for all meals at the venue. If you have any special dietary wishes, please let us know at rustweek@rustnl.org.

• We’re providing specially priced student tickets. We also provide a €100 discount on privately-paid tickets for people who can’t afford the full price of the conference.

• We provide free tickets for assistants of attendees who need assistance. Contact us at rustweek@rustnl.nl if you need this.

• You can bring service animals to the conference.
