CFP for RustWeek 2027 is now open

The Call for Proposals for RustWeek 2027 is now open! If you’d like to give a talk, please submit your talk proposal via sessionize.com/rustweek-2027.

If you have any questions, please email us at rustweek@rustnl.org. The call closes January 10th, 2027 at 23:59 CET.

Talk selection

RustWeek is a week-long event that includes two days of talks spread over three tracks. Depending on the final schedule, about 30 talks will be picked from this call for speakers.

We welcome talks on a wide range of topics. We focus on Rust, but adjacent topics could be interesting as well. You can assume that most attendees are familiar with the language, and in-depth technical talks are very welcome. We also encourage you to consider how to make your talk accessible to people who are newer to Rust.

Unlike in previous years, we will also select a few talks for the Industry Track via the call for speakers.

Most of RustWeek’s speaker line-up will be selected from this call for speakers, but we will also announce a handful of invited speakers in the next couple of weeks.

Workshops

We handle workshop proposals separately from the call for speakers. Please email us if you want to propose a workshop.
