Beatrice is a systems programmer specializing in concurrency and type systems. At Dropbox, they worked on randomized testing of the sync algorithm written in Rust futures, and long ago before that, they worked at Mozilla on Rust getting the language ready for its 1.0 stabilization. When not programming they can be found playing Netrunner or studying Japanese.
